Made this. Steps seem like a lot but really it comes together pretty quickly and easily. I substituted brown rice flour for regular flour in the brownies to make it gluten free, with success. I used sea salt caramel chipits in the brownies too, instead of milk chocolate chips. The entire recipe came out great and is sinfully decadent. Small little pieces is more than enough. This would be great for a dainty tray or at a potluck.
