This is a fantastic recipe. Tastes just like the real thing. I freeze the leftovers in single serve portions and eat for lunch at work. Envy of the break room
Loved the flavor. BUT, take the time to grate the potatoes. The frozen ones turned mushy. It was more of a loaded mashed potato bake than hash browns. STILL GOOD THOUGH!
