Baked for an extra 20 minutes covered with foil, still not done in the middle. But so delicious! I will be trying it with pizza dough instead of the flaky biscuits, hopefully that will be better.
Watch the time on your oven. Just a few mins too long and the bottom hardens fast. This is a great fun quick meal that all your kids will eat. Add a salad and you are done.
2 Cans of Pizza Dough or Biscuits
2 cups Mozzarella cheese (or your favorite cheese)
2 tablespoons of a really good Italian seasoning (link in post) or parsley flakes
⅓ cup olive oil
1 – 8 oz package of pepperoni (we used the turkey)
