The pictures look delicious, but this dish just wasn’t meant for my hands to prepare. I definitely butchered it and feel too discouraged about it to make again.

10/1/17 – 4.25 out of 5. Grilled Tilapia Bowls with Chipotle Avocado Crema. These flavors just worked! Used canned corn rather than fresh and cooked tilapia in a frying pan. Would cut up tilapia before frying next time and consider adding red onion to top the bowl. Overall, easy and tasty! Would make again.
