Used frozen stir fry mix to save time (onion/trim colored peppers). Felt it needed something more so added tomato paste and a bit of maple syrup. (We like our chili on the sweeter side) Excellent and easy!
Had this for dinner tonight, it was great with avocado and corn chips. We made it vegan (no cheese or sour cream), and added some hot sauce for a little extra kick!
1 Bay leaf
1 (16 oz.) bag Brown lentils
1/3 cup Cilantro, fresh
5 cloves Garlic
