Spaghetti squash is just too watery… maybe if I hadn’t cooked it completely done it would have been better… but then again maybe carbonara just needs pasta
Disgusting, but it was the first attempt. It turned out greasy, watery, and the squash was mushy. Will definitely try again using tips from the notes.
