A family favorite and one I take to families in need of a meal. It feeds a ton so this can be split into two 9×9 pans too…bake one and freeze or give away the other!
This is the first recipe I tried off of pinterest and we have atleast once a month now. It’s easy, you can freeze it and it still cooks great. We make the whole recipe then before baking half it and cook one pan and freeze the other for later. Every time ove made it for guests they love it and ask for the recipe as well.
1 (16-ounce) package penne or elbow macaroni
2 (10-ounce) containers refrigerated Alfredo sauce
1 (8-ounce) container sour cream
1 (15-ounce) container ricotta cheese
2 garlic clove, minced
3 cups cooked chicken, chopped
2 large eggs, lightly beaten
